Youth/Middle School

The focus of our Youth/Middle School program is to set an early athletic foundation.  All of our certified coaches implement a program that is progressive, and utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation, improve their coordination and movement patterns, and help build self-esteem. Our program and our methods are serious about movement, however, we do it in a fun and friendly environment to ensure the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 110%.

Our Sports Performance Coaches are trained to motivate and challenge the young athlete, while providing age-level appropriate training techniques, so that proper foundational athletic skills are developed, that will help them rise above their competition.
