Our coaches have experience working with a variety of clients and will help you reach your specific goals. Our rates are very reasonable and we take pride in our knowledge of performance and fitness.
The focus of our Youth/Middle School training:
To set an early athletic foundation focused around the athletes sport. All of our certified coaches implement a program that is progressive, and utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation, improve their coordination and movement patterns, and help build self-esteem. Our program and our methods are serious about movement, however, we do it in a fun and friendly environment to ensure the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 110%.
Our Sports Performance Coaches are trained to motivate and challenge the young athlete, while providing age-level appropriate training techniques, so that proper foundational athletic skills are developed, that will help them rise above their competition.

The focus of our High School Training:
To provide maximum, foundational improvement to help develop superior athletic performance
We use the most up-to-date research on safe athlete training techniques as the foundation of our program, and implements speed and strength training methods and cutting-edge coaching techniques of the National Association of Sports Performance to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance.
This program helps an athlete learn and refine the skills and conditioning necessary to maximize their strength, aerobic and/or sport specific training as well as help prevent injuries through various warm-ups, exercises and drills.
Our program helps athletes develop from good ones, to great ones. High school is the most ideal age for developing speed, strength and power, and our program helps athletes capitalize on this off field training to bring them success on the playing field.
Our high school program maximizes exposure to all aspects of athletic performance. These are:
- Linear Speed: Straight-ahead acceleration and running techniques.
- Change of Direction: Agility and ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly.
- Strength: Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.
