Our high school program provides maximum, foundational improvement to help develop superior athletic performance

We use the most up-to-date research on safe athlete training techniques as the foundation of our program, and implements speed and strength training methods and cutting-edge coaching techniques of the National Association of Sports Performance to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance.

This program helps an athlete learn and refine the skills and conditioning necessary to maximize their strength, aerobic and/or sport specific training as well as help prevent injuries through various warm-ups, exercises and drills.

Our program helps athletes develop from good ones, to great ones.  High school is the most ideal age for developing speed, strength and power, and our program helps athletes capitalize on this off field training to bring them success on the playing field.  

Our high school program is broken down into an individual focus per session to maximize exposure to all aspects of athletic performance. These are:

  • Linear Speed: signature straight-ahead acceleration and running techniques.
  • Change of Direction: Agility and ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly.
  • Strength: Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.
